• Your correct name, phone number, and payment method must be provided
• The account holder and the person making transactions must be the same individual
• If your information changes, notify us as soon as possible

Deposits

At kyat15, you can deposit MMK via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. If your deposit is incomplete, your account will not function normally.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the account holder's deposit method; if they do not match, the withdrawal may be rejected.

Currency and Methods

• Transactions are conducted in MMK only
• The deposit method and withdrawal method should be the same
• If you wish to withdraw after depositing without claiming a bonus, your net deposits and results will be calculated together
• Deposits that remain unused beyond 90 days may be subject to review by our team regarding any withdrawal requests

Welcome Bonus

kyat15 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20x the bonus amount.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total of 50,000 Ks in your account. The wagering requirement will be 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you 720,000 Ks in your account. The wagering requirement will be 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Abuse Restrictions

• Any activity identified as bonus exploitation is strictly prohibited
• Any play that transfers funds out of a bonus-holding account in a way that bypasses wagering requirements (Bonus Abuse) may be voided
• No funds can be cashed out until the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• If the bonus period expires, any remaining bonus balance may be forfeited

kyat15 will continue to offer promotions and rewards for players. Each promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions and time limits. You can check promotion details with our support team.

kyat15 offers 5 VIP levels to players based on their deposit volume and play history.

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Moving up to a higher VIP level depends on a player's regular activity. With each level increase, the cashback percentage and special rewards will grow. Cashback is normally credited to your account once per week.

Cashback credits are subject to kyat15's discretion, and we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the cashback amount.

Prohibited Actions

Any player is strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions—

• Using bots, automated scripts, or computer code to play automatically
• Exploiting game glitches or loopholes
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Colluding individually or as a group to manipulate gameplay
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location while playing

Monitoring and Prevention

kyat15 tracks betting patterns and monitors for irregular play. If irregularities are found in a player's activity, we may conduct a review and, if necessary, temporarily or permanently suspend the account.

Account Closure by Player
